I recite these powerful mantras before my morning meditation, and while reciting them, I feel harmony inside and outside. Due to Shri Guru’s grace, I understand that everything is perfect as it is.
By accepting this truth and applying it in my everyday life, all worries, obstacles, and negative thoughts come to a place of rest and relief. This practice takes effort but is so worth it, so delightful and blissful! My limited vision expands, and I see that everything and everyone, including myself, is God.

Finding the Om Purnamadah mantras on the Siddha Yoga path website was such a profound gift. I used to repeat the mantras on the way to work every day. I have often taken refuge in them ever since.
When I saw the Om Purnamadah mantras early this morning, I was reminded that everything is indeed perfect and unfolding the way it is meant to. I love that these mantras close with “shanti, shanti, shanti”—this has always brought home to me the message of the Om Purnamadah mantras!
